Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

  • Products showing signs of wear or not in original condition might be declined.

Once your return is approved, you’ll need to ship the item back to us. Buyers cover return shipping; we’ll cover the shipping back to you for any exchanges.

Received a Damaged or Faulty Item?

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or tarnished:

  1. Contact us within 14 days with your order number and a clear photo.

  2. We’ll review your case quickly.

  3. If approved, we’ll either:

    • Send a free replacement, or

    • Provide a full refund.

Note: This doesn’t cover standard wear and tear or damage from misuse.

 


Didn’t Get Your Package?

If tracking says "delivered" but you haven’t received anything:

  • We’ll contact the shipping carrier to investigate

  • If it can’t be found, we’ll ship a free replacement as soon as possible.
